Ordering Information
Haus of Bloom offers pickup and delivery throughout Metro Detroit. Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. We DO NOT ship live flowers.
Orders may be placed online, by phone, or through Instagram direct message.
Same-Day Orders
Same-day orders must be placed before 2 PM EST.
Orders placed after 2 PM may be scheduled for the following business day depending on availability.
Delivery Windows
Deliveries are completed during the following windows:
• 11 AM – 3 PM
• 3 PM – 7 PM
Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless previously arranged.
Pickup Orders
Pickup instructions and confirmation details will be sent once your order is prepared.
Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window.
Custom Orders
Custom bouquets, event florals, and specialty requests may require 24–48 hours notice depending on flower availability.
We recommend ordering early for holidays and large arrangements.
Flower Substitutions
Due to seasonal and supplier availability, certain flowers may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design style.
Delivery Notes
Please ensure all recipient addresses and phone numbers are entered correctly at checkout.
Haus of Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information.
